Registration of your request
Fill out the form with your information and a detailed description of the case or situation, including any employees, investors, contractors, advisors, suppliers, or third parties linked to ENERGINN involved in it.
Review and analysis
Once we receive your request, our team will carry out an initial review in order to provide you with a clear and solution-oriented response. Depending on the nature of the case, the PQR will be managed by the responsible area, under the supervision of the Quality team.
A specialized analysis group will then conduct the corresponding identification and validation to determine whether it is necessary to implement a correction or a corrective action within the process.

Once the internal process with the relevant areas has been completed, our Customer Service team will notify you of the official response through the authorized channels:
