The ethics hotline is a system designed to prevent, discourage, and detect irregular conduct, fraud, and unethical acts within organizations.
Who can report cases through the ethics hotline?
The Ethics Hotline has been created so that employees, suppliers, customers, and the general public can anonymously report any unethical behaviors that undermine our ethical culture.

Reporting irregular situations or issues should not involve fear or concern, as our organization is committed to protecting people’s identities and maintaining full confidentiality of their statements. Under no circumstances will the organization take reprisals or actions against anyone who, in good faith, acts in favor of an ethical culture.
What matters should be reported through the Ethics Hotline?
You may report control and regulatory omissions, fraud or theft, misappropriation of assets, manipulation of financial statements, corruption, third-party conflicts of interest, misuse of the organization’s assets, disclosure of privileged information, workplace harassment, and violations of laws or regulations.
